Jamal is one of the most helpful managers I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. When he talks to you he always speaks clearly and wants you to understand everything. He always looks professional. He always willing to bend over backwards to help a customer out and make them happy he has sure don't it for me.

I had a wonderful experience. Sheryl was amazing. She was informative and provided excellent customer service. Sheryl made sure I was happy with product, price, and terms. It was so quick and easy... I was literally in & out in 30 minutes. With no pressure to buy, great selectoon on new product & fast and easy approval. It was great shopping experience. The level of customer service we have experienced at the Chandler location by Michael and staff has been amazing and almost nostalgic. You don’t get white glove service anywhere unless you’re rich, and that is exactly how you’re treated by everyone!

I had a wonderful experience at rent a center. Chandler location. All my questions was answered. They work to satisfy customers.They have wonderful customer service skills. The Manager there is awesome. The whole staff is friendly and polite. I will highly recommend this location to shop so you all can experience the wonderful experience. The young man who help me with my order was awesome very detailed and was very knowledgeable of the store policy and procedures. I will be back soon to order more great items from this location. Everyone there is awesome and I give them 100 STARS⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I contacted this RaC for an urgent need of a short term refrigerator rental while my built in was being repaired/replaced. They were super responsive and provided the refrigerator early the next day and with a very easy application process. In fact I did the application by phone as I was out of town. The cancellation process was just as easy and also done via phone call. My situation was a bit complicated as the short term refrigerator rental was for a rental property. This required RaC to coordinate the delivery and pick up with a tenant and coordinate payment through me. They handled it well and with absolutely no “friction” throughout the process. They returned calls when they said they would. They followed through on every commitment. I initially worked with Carlos (over the phone) and I assumed he was an outlier with respect to excellent service. But I then worked with someone else (can’t recall the name) when I cancelled the short term rental and that person was just as courteous and responsive. I would absolutely recommend this location based on my experience.
